TAP is a nonprofit, community-based organization dedicated to provide multifaceted services to youth who are experiencing drugs and social abuses challenges. TAP offers an increasingly integrated and comprehensive system of services for youth. TAP is committed to building better futures for young people by providing opportunities they need to lead responsible and fulfilling lives, with particular concern for those whose indulge in drugs addiction which threaten their ability to develop successfully.

We emphasize providing safe and structured care; strengthening the capacity of parents and care givers to provide appropriate security, nurturing and direction; and, teaching young people and families skills that can enhance their lives. Youth development services are available with equal access to all persons regardless of race, color, disability, age, religion & sex. Our staff understands and respects the inherent dignity of each person we serve.
